Important P&T Information and Updates

  • Beginning Monday, November 23, 2020, Safe Ride services will be provided by Yellow Cab of Charlottesville. Yellow Cab offers the ability to book in advance and track the vehicle. Call (434) 242-1122 to request a ride. Find more information about Safe Ride provided by Yellow Cab, HERE.
  • Parking meters and pay stations in all applicable parking locations have been removed or deactivated. Please use ParkMobile to pay for metered parking.
  • Parking permits, including student permits, are now on sale. Faculty, Staff, and Students, can visit the Online Parking Portal to purchase a permit.

Safe Ride

Current Status

Customer Service

Current Status

During the coronavirus public health emergency, the P&T office on Millmont is not open to the public. Same-business day or next-business day customer service can be provided via phone, email, and live chat on this web site. Customer service representatives are available Monday, Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM at 434-924-7231 and by email at parking@virginia.edu.

In-person customer service is also available. If you would rather schedule an in-person appointment, please note:

  1. Appointments are not available on a same-day or next-day basis. Plan 3 business days ahead.
  2. Only one (1) customer will be served at a time.
  3. Customers and P&T personnel will observe physical distancing and will adhere to UVA’s face covering and other safety and sanitization protocols.
