Current Status
The P&T office on Millmont is not open to the public. Same-business day or next-business day customer service can be provided via phone, email, and live chat on this web site. Customer service representatives are available Monday, Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM at 434-924-7231 and by email at parking@virginia.edu.
In-person customer service is also available. If you would rather schedule an in-person appointment, please note:
- Appointments are not available on a same-day or next-day basis. Plan 3 business days ahead.
- Only one (1) customer will be served at a time.
- Customers and P&T personnel will observe physical distancing and will adhere to UVA’s face covering and other safety and sanitization protocols.
