Summer Program Parking Request

We're looking forward to a great summer! 

NOTE: Due to construction parking is extremely limited

The form below is to be completed by the program sponsor. A separate form needs to be submitted for each session of a program. Please complete this form a minimum of 10 business days prior to parking on Grounds to allow for processing. Forms received with less than 10 business days may not be processed prior to your start date.

Individuals attending programs that are required to pay for their own parking must call the main office at 434-924-7231 to purchase parking. Please refer to the email you received following your housing request.

Billing Details

A deposit based on the estimated attendees is required before parking begins. For events with 50 or fewer attendees that add an additional guest after the start of the program, the individual needs to contact the P&T office directly to obtain a parking permit. The main office can be reached at 434-924-7231 Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
