UTS is currently operating one route, the Redline Special, providing service from Red Lots to/from UVA Health. Beginning Monday, August 17, Redline Special will end and UTS will be serving the Red Lots at Scott Stadium with the Redline and Redline Express. Details can be found HERE.

Starting on August 24, 2020, UTS will add several new Academic routes to its service package. Details can be found HERE.

The suspension of parking permit and meter enforcement has been extended in Central, West, and North Grounds through August 31, 2020. Details can be found HERE.

Parking permits set to expire on August 15 have been extended to September 1, 2020, with no new fees added. Parking permit and meter enforcement in Central, West, and North Grounds will resume by September 1, 2020. New options will be available. Details can be found HERE.

P&T personnel can often respond to phone and email inquiries on a same-day or next-day basis. Customer service representatives are available by phone, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 434-924-7231 and by email at parking@virginia.edu.

If you would like to schedule an in-person appointment, please note:

  1. Appointments are not available on a same-day or next-day basis. Plan at least three (3) business days ahead.
  2. Only one (1) customer will be served at a time.
  3. Customers and P&T personnel will observe physical distancing and will adhere to UVA’s face covering and other safety and sanitization protocols.
